Jeb Stewart – Chief Operating Officer
Jeb has held the position of Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of the Predictive Group since 2007. A graduate of the University of San Diego with a BA in Finance and Management, Jeb began his career in the financial services industry. Working in Business to Business sales roles led Jeb to working in Commercial Real Estate as an agent for a large land development investor. Building upon his experiences in deal structure, capital formation and sales, Jeb moved to into the role of Chief Operating Officer of War Horse Leasing, a family owned heavy equipment leasing company. After joining Predictive Group, Jeb led the growth of the company by investing in new assessment and training products and expanding sales territory to California and New Mexico.
Michael K. Maynard – Senior Associate
“Mikey” joined The Predictive Group in 2002, following a 30-year career in sales and management in the computer industry. Thirty-six corporations with locations in 19 countries are PI® Clients of Mikey’s. Mikey deployed and utilized the Predictive Index™ System as a leader to devise, grow and manage teams, understand colleagues and create effective company cultures. His passion is helping company leaders use predictive analytics to lift employee performance in the areas of leadership, sales, production and safety. Industries as diverse as mining, healthcare, higher education, technology, manufacturing, banking, solar energy, heavy construction, law firms, advertising agencies and call centers all rely on Mikey and The Predictive Group for improved insight into employee performance.
David is a Senior Associate at Predictive Group after joining the firm in 2004. David is a graduate of Loyola University in Chicago with a BS in Economics. After graduating David began his sales career in financial services and insurance – moving from top producer to team leader in short order. Those early sales experiences led David to the training world where he became a partner in a small company that was later acquired by Aon Consulting/Resource Group. While at Aon/Resource David learned consulting, project management, sales management and instructional design. David led Aon/Resource projects with large auto manufacturers, financial services clients and early internet retailers. While at Aon/Resource David became a committed PI® user and experienced the ability of PI® to impact business results. After big company life as Aon/Resource’s Vice President of Consulting, David started his own training/consulting firm from 2000-2004 serving clients in Arizona and Nevada – his firm was a consistent reference for PI. In 2004 David made the transition to spending all of his time with Predictive Group.
Mardee Briscoe – Senior Associate
Mardee has been with the Predictive Group since 1999. Prior to becoming an Associate of the Predictive Index Management System (PI®), Mardee used the PI® for four years in a business setting, as the Executive Vice President of a publicly traded mineral exploration firm with offices in Canada, United States and Mexico. Largely responsible for corporate growth and ultimately responsible for maximizing and optimizing human capital, the PI® System enabled her to effectively model the jobs to be done within the organization, and then match the demands to the natural talents of the employees. Armed with the insight of each individual’s natural talents, she was able to utilize those human resources to maximize their effectiveness and productivity for the achievement of the company’s goals, while enhancing the job satisfaction of each individual. A graduate of Lasell College in Auburndale, MA, prior to her extensive experience with the Predictive Index®, she was an Interior Design consultant to several home builders in Phoenix and Tucson, Arizona.
Lori Wieters, MBA, Ph.D. – Senior Associate
Dr. Lori Wieters is an Industrial/Organizational Psychologist who specializes in human behavior in the workplace, organizational development and effectiveness, and all phases of employee training and development. She holds a Ph.D. in Organization and Management with a specialization in Human Resources. Lori’s research included an inbound call center validity study where she leveraged the Predictive Index system to show that there were a specific set of behaviors that left the organization 93% of the time. She assisted the call center with realigning all phases of the employee life cycle to fit to the behavioral profile that was required to enable employee retention. Lori’s study helped the organization reduce their attrition in this position from 44% to less than 14% in the first year of the change.
Curt has had a long career in technology and executive management. A resident of Arizona since 1977, Curt attended Arizona State University for degrees in Public Relations and Advertising. Curt began his career in technology sales and educational technology quickly rising to the level of Vice President, and since then has held many executive level positions from VP of Sales to President for large companies. Curt has been a long time practitioner of Predictive Index® and has successfully used PI® to accelerate performance and generate revenue. Curt brings over 30 years of business experience to the Predictive Group and their clients.
Tom is located in Southern California in the city of Ojai. He is been an organizational consultant for over 35 years, having served over 300 clients nationwide. He provides his clients a broad range of services, including leadership development, team building, strategic planning, management audits, and facilitation of organizational change. Throughout his career he has personally trained over 15,000 managers and executives in leadership, strategic planning, productivity improvement strategies and organizational adaptation to a rapidly changing world. His broad client base includes law enforcement, fire services, aerospace, nonprofits, community development, law firms and national professional associations. Tom is known for his humor, passion for work, focus on long-term consulting relationships, and his ability and willingness to address very difficult issues in his client organizations. Tom holds undergraduate and graduate degrees in public administration from the University of Southern California, and an MBA from UCLA.
Sue joined the Predictive Group following 30+years in leadership positions for large corporations. While the bulk of her time was spent in sales and business development, she also has deep experience in services management, strategic and market planning, call center operations and P&L management. Sue has demonstrated talent to lead small entrepreneurial initiatives as well as very large, cross-functional organizations. Her passion is building high performance teams and helping to grow the next generation of leaders; she feels that both the Predictive Index and the Leadership Transformation Program are excellent tools for doing so.
Sue has a BS in History from Bowling Green State University where she graduated Magna Cum Laude and a MBA from Regis University where she graduated With Honors. She has served on the Boards of the Greater Phoenix Chamber of Commerce and the Arizona Technology Council.
Diane has had a long career in non profit executive management guiding companies in areas of planning, strategy and implementation. Making significant contributions to the non profit field in Arizona, Diane ensures that best practices and research are used to develop programs. Diane also has experience using radio platforms to promote social issues with local and national experts.
Diane has always been fascinated with human behavior and obtained her Master’s in Counseling in her early career. She focused on her counseling practice while leading the HR department quickly rising to the level of Vice President of Operations.
Her most recent work has been with corporate clients in the area of spanning operations, leadership development, HR, marketing and customer engagement. Diane is passionate about coaching businesses to enhance performance. She has a strong entrepreneurial drive and enjoys solving complex problems.
Tom joined the Predictive Group in January of 2014.

Tom brings over 20 years of corporate leadership experience in large, complex organizations, across a variety of industries including aerospace, manufacturing, retail and for-profit education. Tom has held a variety of high-level leadership roles including Chief Operating Officer, SVP of Marketing, SVP of Human Resources and is experienced leading sales and business-to-business teams.
Tom implemented the Predictive Index tools in two different organizations as a client, and has deep experience in strategically implementing workforce analytics and a talent focus to drive performance improvements and meaningful cultural change.
Faiyaz Farouk is a seasoned Consultant and Business Development professional with a consistent track record for delivering high value changes to Fortune 1000 and multi-national clients. Faiyaz offers 15+ year track record of success in organizational development, strategy and change management with global industry leaders including Northtrop Grumman, Oracle, John Deer, AAA, Adidas, Boeing, Oakley and the US Federal Government.
Scott Young is a recognized industry expert in the use of incentives and behaviors modification to encourage healthy behaviors in employee populations. He has always been fascinated by the connection between the human personality and an individual’s health behavior specifically in relation to interpersonal relationships and stress. Scott has many years of experience teaching adults, facilitating teams and providing strategic planning services.
Jennifer brings over 20 years of experience to Predictive Group as an Entrepreneur and a Marketing and Sales Executive.
As a business executive, Jennifer learned the importance of understanding the different behaviors that made up her workforce. By focusing on her team’s personalities and their individual driving factors, Jennifer was able to increase employee performance and longevity. Jennifer is experienced in utilizing workforce analytics in employee selection, executive team leadership development, and conflict resolution.
David Goularte, MBA, JD – Associate
David brings over 25 years of management experience to the Predictive Group. He has spent many years in the financial services and telecommunications industries. Over the last 15 years David has spent his time running and growing call center. This experience has reinforced David’s idea that people are both your most valuable and your most expensive asset. David’s continual quest for knowledge has helped him grow both personally and professionally. He has worked with Fortune 50 companies and small business as both an employee and as a consultant.
John Inman – Associate
John Inman, Ed. M., MA., PHR, is the founder and principle of John Inman Dialogue, a Seattle based consultancy focused on designing containers for, convening, and hosting conversations for organizations and communities of all types. He does this work because of his passion for developing healthy and productive social systems where all individuals are treated with respect and are able to thrive and grow their potential.
As a long standing organization leader and developer of leaders in technology, financial, non-profit, government, education, scientific, and service firms, John provides his clients with the mindset shift necessary to lead in these challenging times.
John has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, a Master’s Degree in adult education and organization development, and a Master’s of Arts Degree in human organization systems. He is a doctoral candidate in education leadership and change.
Luke is the Vice President of Client Solutions and an equity partner in the Predictive Group. Joining the Predictive Group in 2002, Luke is responsible for managing training venues around the world, executing workshops, upkeep of the Client Relationship Management system, and providing ongoing support for both clients and Associates. As a key leader, Luke participates in the on-boarding process of new Predictive Group Associates across the organization. Luke also leads the development, implementation and training of new Predictive Group applications
Tom Brunke – Controller
Tom finds his greatest satisfaction in providing the highest quality deliverables for every aspect of every project, solving complex problems, and helping Predictive Group grow to meet their true potential. Above all, Tom is driven to excel, and thrives in an environment where nothing less is acceptable.
Klara is a young international trade professional who graduated from the University of Economics in Prague. Klara began her career working for U.S. Commercial Service at the U.S. Embassy in Prague. As a Commercial Specialist, Klara was promoting US exports to Czech Republic and helped American companies enter the Czech market. Klara’ s main responsibilities included company matchmaking, market research, reporting and business negotiations. Her ability to connect to people made her very successful in networking in both business and government. Klara’s international focus and connections brought her to Predictive Group. Her current role is a Client Solutions Consultant where she is focusing on the analytical side of the business.
Lara graduated from the University of Arizona with a BA degree in Psychology. She spent the last two years living in Boston, where she worked as a clinic coordinator in the Neurology Department at Boston Children’s Hospital. Her experience working with an internationally diverse group combined with her background in psychology is what lead her to join the Predictive group. Lara’s current role is a Client Solutions Consultant where she will be assisting the associates and their clients.
Eric graduated from the University of Arizona’s Eller College of Management with a degree in finance. Eric grew up in Tucson, Arizona playing and teaching tennis before moving to Scottsdale to work in the mortgage industry. Eric’s financial background and his drive to help others led him to a position at The Predictive Group. Eric’s current role is a Client Services Consultant, where he will serve a client-facing role assisting clients with Predictive Group products.
