As a Predictive Group Consultant you would sell and deliver the Predictive Index management techniques and methods to business executives and managers. You would help businesses succeed by enabling them to make informed, substantiated decisions about selection and hiring, succession planning, team building, goal setting, strategic planning, leadership development and much more. You would have a chance to greatly impact the effectiveness and culture of a company.
